I don’t log into my web account for Waze very much, but when I looked at it this afternoon the statistics do not match what is on my phone at all. My Android phone shows over 54,000 points and that I have been using the Waze app for over 3 years - all of which is true. My web login, however, shows that I have 2.1 miles of travel, 0 points, and I am a brand new member.
Is there something special I need to be doing to sync the accounts? They both use the same login, email address and password.

If you click on waze in the upper left of this page and then click the gear icon next to your username in the upper right, at the bottom of the page should be two drop down boxes. One gives the options “USA & Canada” and “World.” Is this setting set correctly for you?
I noticed an interesting phenomena. Not sure true or not, but just my observation.
If you do not log on to the web dashboard or forum, it seems the stats on dashboard won’t update.
E.g. I use app almost daily, and the points update almost daily, while I don’t log on to web, after I do so it would show something like “last updated 6 days ago”. Then the next day or 2, log on to web, it seems those stats gets updated.
I guess there could be a trigger script in the PHP code, maybe, just guessing, lol.

P.S. I also notice the Dashboard stats are not synced with Editor Profile page. The latter seems in sync with mobile app stats though. Generally there is a few hours or half-day delay on the stats on Editor Profile and mobile app.
