Looking at streetview it seems like you linked to the wrong segment. I’ve unlocked this segment instead for you to fix the speed limit https://waze.com/en-AU/editor?env=row&lat=-27.81111&lon=153.29254&zoomLevel=18&segments=418153304

Let me know once you make the change so I can relock the segment.
