We’ve tried to manually place it ourselves but it looks like we don’t have permission - if any moderators here can help that would be much appreciated! We provide physical security for various industries canada-wide, and can give any info needed for the placement.

You can add a place from the app itself - tap the reporting button > Take a picture > Select place or create new if doesn’t exist.
And that will generate a require the community will moderate and place.
That being said I have added a point for both the building address and your business name “Blackbird Security” these maybe live in the app now, though it has been know sometimes to take a few days to get updated.
If you have any historical results in your app, you will have to remove and search again.
(tap and hold on the historical result or favourite and select remove drive)
