Request to Add F45 Training Maple Ridge to Waze (Placing our Business)

Hi there,

I’m from the F45 Training team, and we’re hoping to have our business added to Waze at the following address:

113-11900 Haney Pl Mall, Maple Ridge, BC, V2X 8R9

I attempted to add it manually, but I don’t have the necessary permissions. It seems I can only add places within my immediate vicinity, and since I’m not located near Haney Pl Mall, I’m unable to add ‘F45 Training Maple Ridge’ myself.

If any moderators could assist with adding the location, it would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks. I have incorporate the additional information. The location is named and addressed in accordance with our national standards. I have added a note specifying the location is within the Haney Place Mall.
Is the main door to the mall adjacent the Urgent and Primary Care Centre the correct access point? We try to deliver our users to the nearest drivable road segment whenever possible.

There are some background processes that occur daily to add new records to the search database. Records are usually searchable within 48 hours. If a Google location were available to link, it would be immediate.

I checked with the F45 team, and they confirmed that the business name should be “F45 Training Maple Ridge” to align with the standard naming format used across all branches (“F45 Training + [Location]”). Additionally, this update will ensure consistency with all other branches in Waze search.

Sorry, I was a little unclear on what I meant by ‘naming standard’. We have a process in place called Place Name Harmonization that is used throughout North America. All locations for a chain get the same name and are differentiated by address. Users have come to expect this format.
