Hi. Our client has 2 listings for some reason. Please see screenshot. The listing circled in red (“Woolfson Eye Insitute” at “Northside Forsyth Dr”) needs to be merged (or deleted) with the first listing showing in the screenshot (“Woolfson Eye Institute - Cumming”) please.
Their current address is 634 Peachtree Pkwy #200, Cumming, GA 30041.

Hi, thanks for reporting this. We do not have either location on the waze map, but I have added the Cumming location to the map now. For the “Northside Forsyth Dr” location, did you recently have this removed from google maps? Waze and Google do share some data. I do see it when I search in the app (and if you tap to go there it takes you to Northside Hospital Forsyth), but google maps nor waze have this on their system anymore, so there is nothing to remove. Thanks.
Thank you. Do you know how long it’ll take for your changes/additions to appear live in the app? I am still seeing the same results as in the screenshot I originally sent.
And to answer your question, I did request changes to Google today and yesterday. Any idea how long it takes for the Google changes to also appear in the Waze app?

The waze changes can take a few hours to day. However, I added the parking lot roads too, so those will take a few days for super accurate routing to show on the app.
If you have searched before, you may need to remove the search results and do a new one.
As for google maps, I don’t see this on there, so maybe they already did it? I was going to have the bad location removed there too, but as I didn’t see it there was nothing to request.
Just to clarify, the first listing shown in your screenshot, with address 634 Peachtree Parkway, Cumming, GA, has a recycle-clock icon next to it. This icon indicates that the result is coming from your own phone’s search history or navigation history (including cached GPS coordinates for that result). It is not a new search result coming from Waze or Google Maps; it’s more like when you start dialing a phone number and an old number comes up as a suggestion - it doesn’t get updated even if you changed your Contact to their new number unfortunately.
You’ll need to Remove that entry from your history to make it go away. These instructions may help: View & manage recent locations - Waze Help
