Please help me with a change of address. It's been 2 years and our clients are still going to the wrong address

Cruises International was previously at 200 W. Higgins Road, Schaumburg, IL 60195. (USA). We have moved to 1721 Moon Lake Blvd, Suite 101, Hoffman Estates IL 60169. It’s been a few years, and our clients are still going to our old address. :frowning:

Hello, the location was updated in Waze on 07-06-25. If the location is still present on a device, please delete it from Home, Work, or any saved or route history. Then create a new route to the destination. This should clear the cache and provide proper routing.
