We moved - and Waze is not updated

Hello,

I work with Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati, Ohio. We’ve recently moved our Kenwood location into a different suite within the same strip mall, but this does result in one change in a turn at the end of the route.

Our previous address was 7714-A Montgomery Road, Cincinnati OH 45236.
Our new address is 7690 Montgomery Road, Cincinnati OH 45236.

I attempted to add a picture of the new location, but am unsure if this was uploaded correctly since I cannot see it.

Thank you for letting us know! I moved it to the new location and updated the address for you.

Please note that if you (and others) have the location in your saved searches or favorites, you will need to remove them and re-add the destination.

Go to My Waze > tap three dots next to address > tap remove. Repeat these steps in Saved places, Home, and Work. Then re-add the destination. These steps will clear the navigation cache for this address. If this is not done you will continue to get improper navigation.
