My phone app crashed on me. i had about 2300 points, now i have 173. Whats up with that? :evil:
Give it a day or two (depending on server load) and they will all come back…
I had this happen to me in the last month or two, had to wipe my phone completely out, and all my points (and rank) came back the next morning…
Click on the “My Dashboard” link above. It’ll show your true points. The points are stored on the website, not the client. There’s no guaranteed accuracy of the points on the client.
well i know ive gone further than 13.8 km since ive started using waze, so maybe the server is wrong and the phone app was right before the app crashed, just a thought. 
Are you sure you are on the correct Server?
