Problem with Waze account?

I signed up for Waze over two years ago, but only started using it recently (about 5 months ago). App works fine on my Android phone, but I can’t seem to do any map edits. Even though I log into the Waze website with the same credentials, when I try to view my routes, I get the error message "We can’t find any of your drives. Have you started driving with the Waze app yet? If so, please make sure you logged into the Map Editor with the same credentials you use in the app. "

I’m in the UK if that makes any difference?

Log in to the correct server.

can waze add the points together? i have points etc on one server and the rest (which i currently use) on the world server.

They’ve mentioned that as a possibility in the future, but it isn’t going to be any time soon. More pressing priorities for the company.

i have the same issue, and i can see my points, but not my drives. i checked all 3 servers and no where my drives are found.

Where are you located (which Country)?

I have a similar problem.

When I log into my dashboard and I go to the editor, I find myself not connected.

Whether firefox (25.0.1) or IE, It seems that his only works in chrome for me.

I don’t have problem accessing my dashboard on the world server on firefox (25.0.1), IE8 and chrome.

For IE8, I need to click on the “Compatibilitly View” before I can access the dashboard. Hope that helps.

I do not have problems connecting to the dashboard either, problems arise when the connection to the editor.

When I’m on the dashboard and I click on “live map” and then “edit the map”, there is a random Operating Condition of the editor:
