I am getting this message (We can’t find any of your drives.) when I am in the live map edit mode and click on the drives tab. It also shows I have less than 1000 points in the editor. I have over 300,000 points showing in the mobile app. This happened after I clicked on a message that says that the data for this application are on another server, with a prompt for me to change to that server, which I did.
How can I resolve this and see my drives and an accurate count of my points? Thanks.
Make sure that you are looking at the map where you are also driving.
IL Server = Israel
NA Server = North America
INTL Server = Rest of the world
If you drive in NA but opened WME somewhere else and switched to INTL you won’t find your points on that server.
This is the URL I am at: https://www.waze.com/livemap and it is clear that it is not looking at the NA server.
How do I switch back to the NA server? Thanks!
You gave me the generic URL for the livemap, if I click this it will just open my own location, it’s missing coordinates.
Anyway, just find your town on the livemap and then click on edit the map which will bring you to the Waze Map Editor. If you’re not in the right server then you should see an option to switch
Thank you - that solved the issue. It wasn’t clear to me until you explained it.
