Hmmm I can’t seem to fix the turns properly so this is an expanded selection to unlock. THis may enable me to change the red arrows to green as needed.

Almost there. I just need to enable the soft right onto cozzens in this area. it says one or more segments is uneditable and clicking the red arrow isn’t working.
