Left turn is allowed at this intersection…I have fixed the selected area to reflect that it is a two-way, the left turn needs to be allowed. This will also fix all the URs on Cindy St as they relate to this issue.

PS It is always preferable if you have a link that selects all the segments that you need unlocked (some ranking editors do these unlock requests on the go from a phone or tablet that makes it difficult to select the segments). That can be a separate link from the one that shows which segments you plan on editing.
