Hi, Looked for the TBR on that road, but do not see one. Is there a took to see them? All I see is the green or red arrows with time indicators. Clicked all in that area, but did not see any TBR. Help!
Click on this segment. Look left for “edit restrictions” button. Once you click on that, you will see it’s details.

That is a TBR for a truck restriction on that road. It is one of the roads where the town tries to keep trucks from taking back roads to avoid congested areas. Do we not want them?
If you’re using Chrome, you can get the WME Color Highlights extension and enable the yellow-dot highlighting of segments with TBRs.

IN answer to your truck question, yes, we do want truck restrictions recorded. Waze doesn’t yet take advantage yet, but we’re setting it up for the day when Waze does do so.
You have to build your data points before you can consume them. 
That being said, we should add to our state backlog the need to declare the GS Parkway (north of exit 105 near Eatontown), the inner “cars only” roadway of the turnpike, the Pulaski Skwy, the Palisades Pkwy, and whatever other roads do not allow trucks, using TBRs (I guess?) as roads that do not allow trucks.
Just be careful with bus restrictions, which are different. I believe the entire GSP allows buses.
