This is from an old user reported issue that has now been closed but I noticed the intersection is still not correct due to a Rank 5 road intersection.

I’m a level 2 editor and the Concord Tpke is locked at Rank 5.

Pleasant St should be able to turn into the School’s parking lot. Concord Tpke Should Not be able to.
