Someone deleted and added several unnecessary segments at this intersection. I’ve cleaned it up and PM’d them, however I need someone to lower the lock to rank 3 so I can update the turn restrictions accordingly.

Also, the following segments should be lowered to rank 3 so I can update the names as well as geometry and turn restrictions at that intersection.
