Turn restrictions at this intersection are incorrect, as well as some signage for ramp/exits.

I think I directly fixed most of the segments you identified with turn restriction problems, but some of the ramps I think you selected I could not figure out so I unlocked those. Let me know if you need more unlocked or if I missed any.
