This ramp needs to be moved down to closer to the intersection of Marginal and Lincoln. This segment may be a duplicate, but I can’t tell because it’s connected to a ramp that’s locked at rank 5. If it’s not a duplicate, it needs to be connected at both ends.

I think lowering the lock on these segments to Rank 3 will allow me to fix the problem.
