I’m active user of waze for the past 3 years. Recently I noted that my rank is showing 0. Can someone let me know why. To add, there is no changes in the earned point’s.

I do not know what is going on, but could give you some potential causes.
Could it be that you have not login all these years? or you’ve been using different username earlier?
Have a go with the same user name for a week, if it still didn’t register a history points, you might need to change username?
