Hi Team,

Please do change the redirect URL of Community Request Hub (CRH) back to CRH home page rather than Waze Live Map.

Example:

The page redirect to Waze Live Map after submitting CAR request.

I am referring to Communities Requests Hub. When you submit the request it redirects to Waze Live Map.

Hi @MadanKPradhan

If it redirects you to Live map it probably means you are not logged in with your Waze account.

Another option is if you don’t have the specific permissions for the form (I don’t think that’s the reason in your case :)) therefore please try to check if you are logged in first, If it still takes you to Live map please let us know.

@dalfassi, the redirection is when anyone with access submit any form, CAR is just an example.

You can refer here for our other colleague raising the same issue.

To clarify, once a ticket is submitted, the system automatically redirects the user to the Livemap.

This is a default system behavior that we cannot change.

However, I do want to confirm that when a request is opened, you are successfully receiving the case number confirming submission? If so, the system is working as designed

Forcing a redirect to the Livemap after every submission significantly slows down our workflow. For example, when submitting five requests in a row, having to repeatedly toggle back and forth between the Livemap and the form is incredibly inefficient. Can this behavior be reconsidered to better support editor productivity?
