As I am editing errors from reports being submitted, I am noticing a common problem, People are not giving us enough information to fix an issue.

My request:
Put in place a way for us to be able to request for more information for the report. Currently when we close a report an email is sent to let them know the issue has been resolved. I would like a button to request more info and a small text box that we can submit questions to the reporters and have them reply to the request so that it gets attached to the marker so that we can better fix the issue instead of checking not identified.

A system such as you describe is already under development.

And likely to be released in the next few weeks.

Awesome. That will go a long way in helping to resolve some of the errors related to directions.
