There was no picture sent with the staff posting, will let the local statemanagers handle this but it might help to know why the City Ave entrance is not usable. Is it permanently closed? Closed for repair?
The pin of your places business name is at the front of the building and normally Waze chooses the fastest route depending on your origin and where the various PLR entrances are.
Following up on the user’s concern, they are a private trading firm that has multiple entrances and due to security reasons they need to get the entrances down to only one (Monument RD only) .
The user states that the City Av entrance represents a hazard based on security, since that entrance will be unavailable soon and Waze users should not be routed through this entrance anymore (City Av).
When they are ready, we can just make the City Ave route one way going out to City Ave. This way, all users will be routed in via Monument Rd.
It will only take a day or two to go live, so let us know when that entrance is ready to close and we can make the change.

Yes, that’s exactly what we need, to make the City Av route one way when going out to City Av (since users cannot be directed to enter through this street). You can proceed to make the map changes.
