Right Turn Restriction Question

UR says no right turn allowed. Restriction is time specific in WME. Can someone confirm whether the timings are still valid or not please? There is a sign on a post nearby visible in streetview but just need a confirmation from someone in the area if possible.

May 2025 SV imagery has a visible “only at certain times” plate below the no right turn sign. As the UR was late at night, I wonder if the small light over the sign is out and so made the small timings sign difficult to see perhaps.

Sorry, just seen your comment on the UR to this effect, didn’t get that you were after somebody local to physically check. Wonder if it might be worth editing the title of this post to include the area, as that wasn’t clear when I clicked into it from the Discord link.
