Road Closure assistance Hoddiston, Herts

I have picked up a UR, and there is a second one nearby on the same issue, where they state that a road is closed due to bridge repairs. Having tried to search for more information, it seems this may have been closed for some time and will stay closed until the end of January, but has only just been reported.
As this is in an area I have only driven by once and I have no local knowledge to work out what section of road needs a request to close, is there someone closer, with more experience, that can take this over please.

You need to be aware of the roadworks.org website - really useful.

You’d have been able to search for Dobb’s Weir Rd and seen that it’s closed until end-Feb. I’ve added the closure.

I had another request the other day for this and when I checked the Closure was in place. So not sure what is happening here. :?

Perhaps an earlier reopening date which resulted in the closure expiring and needing reestablishing?
