Road Closure - Higher Hillgate

Hi All,
I have noticed that the following segments have unnecessary road closures. As I am level 1 editor I can not remove them.

There was a closure from May 26th 20:30 until July 3rd 0:00 in place. I’m quoting that for references as all record will go when I removed it.

The closures were added by an experienced L4 editor, probably in response to the closure being announced by the local authority via roadworks.org, or through some other source he had available.

Since there is no closure currently listed on roadworks.org, I have removed the existing closure, but I’ll PM the editor concerned in case he has evidence that the closure might still be in place. Possibly it should have been implemented as a series of day-time closures instead of a continuous one. In any case, it’s gone for now. :mrgreen:

Hi both, nothing to add from me. It’s probably one of those council closures with an end date too far in the future.
