Road Closure - Renton, S 132nd St

Hello,
Can anybody add the road closure in Renton at S 132nd St between 80th Ave S and Renton Ave S.
I drove today. The street is closed for construction work. There is a detour through 80th Ave S and S 130th St.
I don’t have enough permission to edit this.

Do you know how long it will be closed? Is there any info online I can link to the closure? Thanks

Unfortunately, no.
I didn’t see any signs there and couldn’t find any info on the city website. But there is pretty big construction going on inside this perimeter.

Unfortunately that page doesn’t give any info that I can see. Does the closure look like it’s going to be long term?

It does. The project is called Earlington Village (thanks Google Earth street view) and I saw only one house partly built so far.

OK, I’ve got it closed for 6 months. Let us know if it opens sooner or needs to be closed longer.

I have some info on this closure. First, I drove by this morning and there is an electronic sign now saying: Road closed 8 am-5 pm Mar smth - Mar 29. The city put word too on their site:

“Renton Avenue South (Earlington Hill)
Monday, March 18th through Friday, March 22nd, 9 am to 5 pm.
Intermittent lane closures at S 132nd Street for storm water utility work. Approved traffic control plans have been issued for all work and will be followed”.

I was there at about 8:10 am and it was closed already, so 8 am is probably right.
I drive there daily, so I will update when it opens.
