I re-open this thread
After getting a response from the City of Windsor they did verify that they were unable to keep the lanes open.
“Unfortunately the project team was unable to keep the lanes open on Wednesday and the same will be true Thursday and possibly Friday”
I did place the closure until 7 pm today. We can decide what to do about tomorrow based on what happens today.
