Not sure if ive posted in the correct location, could someone move if wrong.
The below road has a height restriction of 2.5m or 8ft.

However, not sure how to add this restriction onto the Waze editor. Could someone advise?

Waze doesn’t have height, width, nor weight restrictions (which is an oversight). Instead we get to restrict based on vehicle type. The App only supports Private cars, Taxis, and Motorcycles so there is little point in mapping this…
However some editors believe we should map these anyway, just in case, sometime soon, Waze enables other vehicle types. You can add restrictions by selecting the segment and clicking on 'view restrictions’. This will bring up the restrictions panel. Under two-way, click Add new.
This should default to what vehicles are allowed to use the segment, in the green bar, click the ‘+’ symbol and choose ‘vehicle type’, this will add ‘Private’ to the allowed vehicles. To add another type click ‘+ Add new rule’, repeat the +, vehicle type, and this will add a second Private. Now click on the ‘Private’ text and you can change this to anything else you think can use the road.
Please add a simple description, “2.5m height restriction”. Don’t forgot to click Add & Apply.
Note: Please do not use these for road closures.
I am aware of how to add restrictions on vehicle type but could not see the height option.
However, thank you for the clear instructions on how to add restrictions and explanation on the weight and height issue.
I have added a restriction on this stretch of road anyway to allow Private Cars, Taxi and Motorcycle.
