My business is loosing clients because the route that Waze uses is longer and goes through really bad roads. There is a much better one and fastest but for some reason Waze doesn’t detect it. What can I do! Help! I have sent tickets, we have driven with the app open, we have sent picture of the google map which has the correct route but still nothing! HELP!

¡Hola! Sí, no sé por qué lo escribí en inglés. Mi trabajo es en el Colegio Hacienda Los Alcaparros y queda en Colombia a las afueras de la ciudad de Bogotá.
Necesitamos con urgencia que Waze actualice la ruta predeterminada ya que envía a todas las personas por una que es 40 minutos más larga de lo necesario y no se encuentra en las mejores condiciones.
