Routing through restrictions again?

I’ve been finding a lot of UR complaining recently about being routed through active restrictions. This one in Sheffield has been reported twice in the last two weeks:

Has anybody else feel this is becoming an issue?

I saw a spat of reports about a week ago but nothing since. After this happened at xmas I believe the UK asked HQ to stop ignoring TBRs at holiday times.
