Saving error while adding a new place

hi,
i’m traying to add a new place/spot to the map trough to waze map editor.
i’m a level 2 editor, that’s my first time trying to add a spot.

in the live map i chose “edit the map” and then chose the left icon on the toolbar (the ballon type…), than chose “other”, pinned a spot on the map, just gave it a name and when i try to save it i get:
“saving error
You have no permissions to make some of the changes”

please help me,

Was the place you were adding either Chick-fil-A or Baskin Robbins?
