So the MDOT has reconfigued the US1 @ Payne Road intersection in Scarborough. I have redrawn the Waze maps for this area however the user Theyren (Level 1) keeps reverting the changes back to the now incorrect configuration.
I have locked the road segments to level 3 however this user keeps drawing new road segments over the ones I have locked. I have sent the user a PM to try to figure out why he/she is doing this.
My only guess is that the user doesn’t actually drive through there and is basing the road placement on the aerial images in WME.
Is there anything else I can do to prevent this area from being vandalized?
P.S. “Service Road” is a type that is supposed to be going away… It doesn’t have any special properties & behaves just like “Street” does. I would suggest making that “Business Access” section an unnamed Parking Lot Road or Private Road…
WeeeZer14 is correct on the area. It’s not so much a problem of the user moving stuff around, but instead he or she is drawing new roads over what’s already there. Unfortunately there’s really no way to prevent that.
I’ll make those changes to the service road, I didn’t realize those were going away. That’s probably a good decision anyway.

AndyPoms, I can’t remember off the top of my head how Harlow was done up, I’ll check it out when I drive through there tomorrow. That intersection is still a freakin disaster…
WX4 or Andy… Can you have a look at this intersection? Right hand turns are disabled onto Spring Street (North) from Gallery Blvd. I understand there was some nonsense happening, not sure this was one of them.
