School zones in Regina are posted at 40 km/hr when they are really 30 km/hr. I know they are only that speed from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM but the 40 zone was also limited hours. I think it should show as 30 km/hr that way it would warn you and if it is after hours that’s not a big deal. I realize I have a speedometer on my vehicle and should just rely on that but It would be nice.

As we do not yet have support for time-based speed limits, our practice is to map for the limit that is in effect the majority of the time. Typically, school zones are in effect weekdays during school season only, meaning that the non-school speed still prevails. I have encountered some locales which have extended school zone speeds beyond this norm. What do the laws there say in this regard?
Hey Alex - they are now 30 km/hr 7a-7p, all-year. We had an editor start them a while ago, I help too, thought they were finished
