[Script] WME Bad Junction Angle Info

The intersection with the railroad segment is not pulled along properly.

So it would actually be correct:

Thank you for your feedback. Im afraid you are right.
I could reproduce the problem.
As soon as I switch of my script and reload the street layer the problem disapears.
At the moment I’ve no idea why this happens but I will do everything to find the reason as soon as possible to fix it.

New Version 1.9.2 is available

Fix for the reported problem with RR junctions

Hello

Allow me the following suggestion … and with this I’m not saying to make an alternative to Junction Angle Info script: why not to implement the possibility to actively mark nodes with the different type of angle intervals!?

With the present release, those nodes with 45º are identified, and it’s very helpful to make the needed corrections, but personally I consider that those nodes identified on Junction Angle Info script with “Color for keep prompt” are many times nodes that also needs to be “fixed” to a more clear voice instruction.

Like you made in this last update, where we have the possibility to select “check for TIOs and Restrictions”, you could also make it possible for the user to select those angles that he wants to be informed of!

In the end, Junction Angle Info and your script would be a complement of each other.

Thanks

Hello

Please see this example: if I select the option “Check for TIOs and Restrictions”, the node is not marked … and in this case it should be. If I deselect such option, then the node is marked.

In this case, and in my opinion, there is no forced TTS instruction or any other particularity that justify that your script “ignore” this node.

Thanks

Hi

i’m sorry that i’m answering so late.

I like your suggestion and I will see how I can implement it.
Since it’s a bit stressful at the moment, the new version won’t be available before Christmas, but I’ll try to make your wish come true this year.

Thank you for your feedback

Best regards

Hi,

Thank you for pointing this out, you are right, the behavior of the script is not okay in this case.

I will look for the error and hopefully fix it quickly.

Another example of the same problem.

Hi, the problem is solved in Version 1.9.3.

Hi
I think In 1.9.3 RR junctions issue has been back

Hey,

As I remember somebody mention this problem.
Is it possible disable checking angle on roundabouts? Or add checkbox in settings for disabling this checking.

Just to remember the suggestion
Thanks

Thanks for the reminder, I’m working on it now

Check or Skip?
As I understand should be “Skip”

The Script checks if there are TIOs or restriction.

New version 1.9.6 is available!

Reason: Adjustments to the last WME update.

If you find problems let me know.

Would it be possible to add a setting to allow selection of the zoom level where the bubble appears?

Right now it is 15 but for example sometimes I’d prefer to have it set at 14 or 16 depending on the situation.

I’m sorry, that’s not possible.
I can only calculate and display angles when the segments are loaded from WME and that depends on the segment type.
For example, Streets are loaded from level 22 to 16, so they are not available to the script at level 14 and 15.
