Incognito? Edit HN button works for me, even with TB and all my scripts enabled. Might be another script interaction (HN2RPP?).
Incognito works, was also suggested by OJ. I don’t use HN2RPP but am thinking there is something else that is an issue.

This script hasn’t worked in months, so needing an alternative. Is there another script that does the same thing? I remember reading something in a Discord channel somewhere about a script that was (in the posters opinion) better than this, but can’t remember where I read it or what script it was.
I use this script almost everyday. What issues are you having? If you issue toolbox. Have you disabled it? do you have any other HN to POI scripts running? I don’t use them as they cause issues with it.
Don’t have any other rapid HN type scripts running, and TB is always disabled for HNs since it makes adding HNs not work. The issue I’m having is the script doesn’t appear at all anywhere in the top toolbar.
I have Toolbox running and Rapid HN has been working fine.
Same here. I have been using Rapid HN almost daily for weeks with minimal issues.
That’s awesome that’s it’s working just fine for you all. It is absolutely not working for me and hasn’t been for months.
Rapid HN version 2.0?
Time to start playing the binary search game.
When I have issues with rapid HN not showing up I just refresh the page. I noticed it started having issues the other day. Maybe a WME update messing with it. If that doesn’t work. Then disable all scripts but rapid HN and start enabling each one to see what script is causing issues with each refresh. Some times some scripts don’t play nice with others. I run 51 scripts at a time. A bit much but I do a lot of everything. Here’s a list to start with and see if you have a odd one out and start with those first.
Seconded - no matter what Stupid Plugin Manipulation Trick 
I do, Rapid House Numbers hasn’t been working for me for months, either. I reported this back when it started happening to me and all I got was “it works for me” type responses. Which, as SunDevil says, is great for those who it’s working for, and I’m glad for them. But it doesn’t fix the problem for those of us who it’s not working for. I wish you luck in the binary hunting game.

Does it work with all other scripts disabled and extensions turned off? Back when I did have the issue, I disabled HN2RPP script and it worked again.
All scripts and extensions turned off (except WME Rapid HNs) and it still does not appear anywhere when in HN mode.
If you are running Version 2.0, then I am at a loss.

All I know is that it is working on my chrome browser. Maybe @kjg53 has other ideas.
I’m on version 2.0. I moved to Firefox a long time ago as I heard that Chrome wouldn’t be allowing scripts anymore, and it was overall super clunky and slow - even on the fastest of computers. I have a new MacBook Pro 14" M1. Firefox runs like a muscle car compared the slow Prius going uphill of Chrome. Reading some older comments it looks like this script isn’t made for Firefox, so I guess I’m at a loss and will just deal with not having it. Thanks for checking.
I only use chrome and brave (chromium based) browsers. Firefox is known to have issues recently with the new Firefox update. I was going to ask what browsers you guys use next.
Just adding my name to the list as another user w/ v 2.0 loaded and it is not working in Chrome or Firefox. Missing the ability to easily add HN’s in new developments
Try disabling Toolbox
The other day I was on my desktop and had TB off and I noticed HN mode was terrible to use. The must have been a quiet update and it’s messing with the scripts.
Yeah, none of that is having an impact. When I made reference to “no matter what Stupid Plugin Manipulation Trick I do,” I was referring to all of that usual stuff of turning off/on, etc. None of it has any impact on whether or not Rapid House Numbers works for me. 
Like others that I’ve seen reporting here, I’m using Firefox as my browser. This script was working on Firefox, up to a few months ago. And it hasn’t worked since. I checked, and I’m running 2.0. I’m not really interested in returning to using Chrome for my browser, and given that Google had announced that it’ll be taking steps to not allow script such as Tampermonkey (which is essential for most of the scripts we use), even if I were willing to return to Chrome, it would only be useful up until the time that Google decides to pull the trigger on that restriction.
