Country name - St Lucia (country code ST)
The list of possible speeds as displayed on the roadsigns - 15mph, 30mph and 40mph. Signs display both mph and km/h, signs show 15mph/24km/h, 30mph/50km/h and 40mph/64km/h - they’re black text on a white background.
Kph or mph? - Both, Waze maps mph, and mph is the whole number
an image of how a roadsign looks like. Only needed if it isn’t a red circle with a white background and black text 
Please add some UK Dependancies/Territories:
IM - 20, 30, 40, 50 mph
AV - 20, 30 kmph
VI - 20, 30, 40 mph
FK - 25, 40 mph
MH - 20, 40 mph
TK - 20, 40 mph

fist of all, thank you for developing and maintaining this awesome script! it helps waze editors a lot.
i would like to kindly request adding Georgia (Country)to the supported countries list in WME SpeedHelper.
Here are Country-specific details for the implementation:
Speed Unit: Metric (Km/H)
20-40-50-60-70-80-90-100-110-120
Speed limit sign style: standard European style(a white circle with a red border and black numbers/digits inside).
Having Georgia Supported would immensely help our local editing community to map speed limits much faster and more accurately.
