I just discovered the script that blocks WME…
UR-MP Tracking… ![]()
I don’t know why but it slows WME…
Any other the same problem?
you don’t need to run it all the time. You can run a report and work with that. Based on the amount of reports around you also a factor for that. YOu can choose to show less or smaller area. Please try to play with its setting.
Also with auto scan disabled there is the problem…
This might be due to huge amount of URs. How many are there in your scan?
URs: 355
MPs: 493
For me this amount causes lags too…
This amount is normal in holiday period… We’re working hard to solve URs…
It’s for an Italian region… only 1 of 20!
What’s the matter for the lags?
Check whether you have the “limit to:” filter enabled and set to, say 100. All this does is hide everything other than the top 100 URs according to whatever sort you have chosen. I think the script updates details like distance on all that are visible, so every time you pan, this can slow WME down considerably.
I’ve noticed that if I don’t limit to 100, this can significantly slow down WME.
Switched off autoscan and distances.
Filter set to 25…
Just wanted to give a big “thank you!” to the writer of this script, it’s a great tool!
Filter set to 25 for UR AND MP?
You can also, open dev tools of chrome, go to “Profile” tab, record, use WME for some minutes, stop record, sort by column “self”, and let us know which functions are CPU consuming.
This is with only 8 UR… I cleared all but didn’t scan.

The function “onDomChange” uses 43% of your CPU.
This is not from URMPT, but URMPT changes very often the DOM. So you might have something on your browser that “listen” the DOM change, and slow down it.
I looked into source tab, and made a profile, and I didn’t find content.js. I don’t know where this code is from…
Can you extend the item (click on the black triangle next to “onDomChange”) to see the caller stack please?
And this is with 341 UR loaded…

It slows down incredibly
This is all expanded:

content.js seems to be tampermonkey extension.
Or a generic name of file included in an extension.
Did you change default parameters of tampermonkey?
Also, it can be another script that listen to the DOM change.
Did you try to disable all extensions (but tmpermonkey) and all scripts but URMPT?
This works on any country? Or just the US? ![]()
It works in every country (or should, at least)
I am a complete noob on this. I have the script and installed greasemonkey. How… does the script go to the extension? :?
