Today you can give the weather condions. but not specific road conditions like
Black ice (svartis)
Snow mudd (snömodd)
Gravel on road (stenskott)
Ice and Snow are weather hazards, so select them from there. Gravel fits in the category of so many things which could be on the road, and they are not going to add all 100+ items. Just use Hazard->Road->Object and add text or voice annotation as necessary to describe the hazard in more detail.
