As I’ve been asked to leave the speedlimits on streets for L1, L2 editors, I’m writing to see if we can find an editor to do this. A user sent this UR:

Hi Dave,
I’m inclined to say if there is a report of a SL change then go ahead and do it. The thought behind leaving it for L1 and L2 editors is to give them something to do. It’s easy for us to blanket a whole neighbourhood at 60 for example, newer editors can’t.
In short, if there is a UR for a SL, please solve it by adding the missing limits.
