If you go to this permalink and press shift-Z, you’ll see lots of erroneous turn restrictions. The entire city was like this and I cleaned up the portions to the west a few months back but this section is out of my reach. Was working on a nearby UR and noticed the problem.

Yes, I have come across many areas like this as well, Pittsburgh was one of them. There are talks of having county-wide mapraids across PA and address things like this is on the list. Feel free to get a head start… Q+W are your friends in these type of situations, just be careful doing so on any nodes with a Primary St or higher attached to it. Use Streetview if available to confirm restricted turns.

I had pretty much done all of Erie, PA with Q+W after I passed through a couple times on the Interstate but this pocket is out of my reach.
