Victoria Link in Somerset West (western cape), from De Beers Avenue to Victoria Street, is completely closed off due to roadworks. (I usually use this route on my way home, but this week and definitely today it was closed; judging by the road works it will be closed for a while still)
I am not able to do this in the WME because I’m a total WME newb. Could someone do this, or temporarily grant me access to do it?
