I’ve just checked the suggestion and it appears to have been added to the map.
Have you come across this error when handling other suggestions? The error might have occurred due to the fact that another editor was handling the same suggestion at the same time.

I don’t think so.. as I have trying from 2 different computers (work and personal) and for 3 days in a row.
