Thanks for sharing your local knowledge and sorry for the delay replying. I can make the change for you or I can unlock the segments so you can make the change yourself - let me know which you’d like to do.

We also need to know where the new 60 zone starts and ends. I assume you’re referring to Waterloo Corner Rd, starting at Port Wakefield Rd, but where does it stop?
