I’m a new Wazer (currently Lv1) and cannot edit this segment. However, the speed limit is not 70 km/h (maybe due to road construction) but 50 km/h. Would someone has the sufficient level to modify it? It’s the same on the opposite direction too.

Welcome to Waze editing in HK! Thanks for letting us know a problem on the map. Segments of highway types (Freeway, Major Highway, Minor Highways and ramps connected to these highways) are locked to editors of L2 or above, in order to avoid accidental mistakes by new editors making an impact to thousands of other Wazers. Meanwhile, you are highly encouraged to make more edits to progress yourself to L2.
Back to your problem near Prince Edward Road East - To update the map, I need to be able to identify the exact point where the speed limit lowers from 70km/h to 50km/h (and where it resumes back to 70km/h, if any).
Therefore you need to tell me where the 50km/h start AND end (both eastbound and westbound). I’m sure it lasts longer than the segment that you highlighted.

. Regarding the temporary speed limit, I suggest not to change it if the period is less than a month. So in your case, we can change it.
