SQL error when trying to access the forums

Hello, guys.

A friend of mine is having trouble accessing the forums. She keeps getting this SQL error:

Nothing else loads. Her user name is “world_femyw095”, but she does not remember having chosen it.

Can someone, please, help us?

Odd that it doesn’t load the page. The user ID was an automatic/random selection because she didn’t log in to Waze and create an account, but used Facebook to connect instead. There is a process to convert it to a real username, but I don’t think we’ve copied the full process from the forum to the wiki. It’s around here somewhere. I’m sure another helpful user can bring up that thread…

As for the database problem, I’m not sure what might be the problem, but it sounds like there may somehow be some duplicated data in the users table. I’d suggest opening a ticket from the Quick Help box on the Support page. Drill through several clicks until the bottom of the box shows a way to send an email to support.
