Street view position jumps back after dropping in new location

What I’ve noticed is the WME map doesn’t shift anymore to the previous location, but the street view viewport still occasionally shows the last view

As pasciakd mentioned, while WME no longer shifts the map unless you interact with street view, street view occasionally displays the location used on the previous attempt rather than the location I want to use it at. It does not occur on every use, but it happens enough that it is an annoyance and time-consuming since it requires refreshing the editor.

I’d just like to let you know that the bug you’ve described has been reported internally and it’s being looked into. I will move your posts to a separate bug report so we can separate it from the originally reported issue where street view would shift the map.
