I have made some changes which should fix this for you, they will be visible in a few days - probably Wednesday or so next week.

For your phone to pick up the changes you’ll need to remove this address from your Waze search history and the Waze home/office line. Then re-search for the address. If you don’t clear the cache your phone will continue to use the old (wrong) pin location.
