We’ve received a map update request to Waze support and we’re posting here on the user’s behalf. The link to this post will be forwarded for the user to follow up.

This is the user’s request:
Routes lead you through a horrible parking lot of an extended stay motel, if you keep following it you end up at a dead-end alley way. The entrance is on Carriage House drive, just west of North Highland Ave/US45.

Hi, we have looked in this area but we cannot determine a specific issue since there was no information provided about a destination point. There are no map issue reports either which could show us potential route given/route driven.

My best guess is they were routed onto a parking lot road sooner than expected and Waze routing had them meandering through the group of parking lot roads here.

Without more information we cannot resolve this.
