Hi Everyone,

Now if you look at the toll files you’ll see a few status updates next to your files:

‘prod old’ means that you have changed the file but not yet submitted it to be updated in production (or not yet updated).
Private means it is visible to you only.
‘production’ means that exact same file is in production.

How to delete a file from production?

You would use the same reporting form (filling out the appropriate information)

Make sure to select “I want to upload a more updated version of a file or remove a file”

Enter the exact file name to delete
And then make sure to select “Delete from app”

Make sure to save your file as “Private” as well.

Daliah, that info only appears in the listing after a refresh with a simple filter, but after a Full Search, all files appear as ‘public’. When there are 2 files for the same route, it is not possible to say which one is the one in production… if any!

yes it can be confusing. refreshing again most times helps, but if you are unknown to this, you might think nothing is in production…
