When saving, if I select “Ready for production” the label remains the gray “prod old”.
Is it happening to anyone else?

I see the same: your updated toll files were sent for approval, but it is not in production yet.
The “prod old” just sais that there is an older verion in production, and if you download the file, it will be the updated one, not the production one.
Reach your Darth Vader or SCM for the approval… and then you will see “production” label on those files.
I thought I was meant to see the orange “ready for prod” label instead of the gray “old prod” label on my files list.
I know that I can fill-in the form, but as I have to update all the files of my country, I wanted to avoid that.
If there is no Darth Vader in your country and you haven’t filled the form, I think I can approve your pending files. Just send me the list of files when you are ready.

I just gave up and already filled in the form 22 times. Someone will do it, somewhen. 
Oh! So it’s better not to touch those files…
I guess you must contact your SCM to speed up things. Sometimes, they are who approve, but they are not looking at the forms sheet in a dayly basis.
