Subject: Navigation issue to Agrippas 111, Jerusalem – Barrier on HaLevanon Street
Hello,
I am a business owner at the address Agrippas 111, Jerusalem – Shakal Security Equipment.
There is a navigation issue in Waze that significantly disrupts customers trying to reach the business.
When customers navigate to the business, Waze directs them through HaLevanon Street, where there is a barrier with cameras/access control, and passage is not open to the public but only to residents/authorized personnel.
As a result, customers coming to the business for the first time reach the barrier, cannot pass, and are forced to turn around and look for an alternative route to get to Agrippas. This causes confusion and makes reaching the business very difficult.
Attached is a screenshot of the route suggested by Waze, where you can see the guidance through the blocked area.
Please check and update the map so that Waze does not route unauthorized drivers through the barrier, and particularly when the destination is Shakal, Agrippas 111.
It is important that navigation directs customers to the public and accessible entrance to Agrippas and not through HaLevanon Street and the barrier.
This is a recurring issue that causes customers to end up at a location they cannot pass through.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and update the map data accordingly.
